Witch Hazel (Hamamelis virginiana), Comfrey (Symphytum officinale)*, Uva Ursi (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi)*, Yarrow (chillea millefolium)*, Calendula Flowers (Calendula officinalis)*, Rose Petals (Rosa centifolia)*

Suggested Use
Add 1 cup of herbs to 2 quarts of boiling water, remove from heat and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Strain liquid and discard solids (which are compostable), pour infusion into a sitz tub or wide shallow bowl suitable for soaking the perineum.
Infusion can also be used in a peribottle for cleansing perineum after using the restroom.
